Turnaround
 7 day turnaround time for all orders
Checkout
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Leave notes for orders at checkout + choice of initial if required. Do not leave questions in the comments as they can not be replied to via checkout. 
Shipping  
All items are shipped via USPS with tracking. You should receive a notification of shipment by the 7th day if you do not, please send an email with your order number.
Once an item is shipped, we are not held responsible for lost items/packages. Please contact your post office with your tracking number and they can further assist you. 
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is handmade & carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise, we will exchange (only) the item. Merchandise must be returned and carefully repackaged in it's original packaging. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item to us with tracking to ensure the proper delivery of package. There is a $2.50 shipping fee for postage to re-deliver the new item to you. Custom orders & Flash Sale items are Final Sale.
Jewelry Care
Please treat your jewelry gently, as some materials can be extremely fragile. Although every effort has been made to ensure the strongest materials were used, it is essential to treat your jewelry with special care. Store your jewelry with care and avoid exposing your jewelry to moisture. Do not leave jewelry where it can be easily accessible to small children or animals.
